4RStudents | The Strategy

Over the course of three months we questioned approximately 100 people in our Church (kids, teens, college students, and adults) as to what would it take to have one of the most influential and effective student ministries in New Jersey (and beyond). Additionally, we spent an entire day in January 2018 with 62 members ranging from students, parents, grandparents, and professional educators to hear their thoughts. Their answers were practical, informative, and helpful in crafting our strategy–which we broke down into a fourfold “Hope List”: 1) Irresistible Space; 2) Friendly Community; 3) Engaging Content; and 4) Fun Atmosphere. This list is merely a sampling of our direction and approach.
