Middle School & Teen Ministry Associate Director (Full Time)
The role of the Middle School & Teen Ministry Associate Director is to provide primary leadership, oversight, and coordination of the ministry and operations at both our campuses (Montclair and Rockaway).
Provide a comprehensive approach to leading youth into a relationship with Jesus and discipling our teens and middle-schoolers to higher levels of spiritual, intellectual, and emotional maturity.
Provide direction and oversight, along with the Teen Ministry team, to both regular and ongoing services in addition to various other activities, trips, and conferences.
Conduct regular worship experiences for teens and middle-schoolers. Plan, schedule, and conduct activities outside of regular service, including a minimum of one (1) monthly activity.
Function as a support to parents through assisting with different issues that occur.
Provide oversight to the leaders of multiple ministries within the teen ministry, including developing growth plans and their implementation.
Review strategy and analyze information relevant to Teen and Middle School operations. Modify systems for optimal efficiency. Establish an annual budget.
Minimum of three to five years of experience in church ministry in a similar context is preferred. Also, bachelor’s degree or appropriate training is preferred.
Digital Marketing Lead (Part Time)
The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for the successful development and implementation of Christ Church’s social media marketing strategies. The position is responsible for management and maintenance of the Christ Church USA Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram platforms; promotion of church events; and will determine methods of digital interactions that fit into the broader congregational experience. He/she is responsible for organizing information shared by church leadership and ensuring that best practices are followed. He/she will also collaborate with Media team on specific social media marketing strategies and identify requirements for all creative assignments including: social media images, implementation of analytical pixels, promotional images, stories, demographic building and targeting, research on social media best practices, and more.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is desired.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience utilizing sponsored and organic social media marketing (across all platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Graphic design skills desirable.
Proven competency with social media marketing strategies, demographic targeting, strategy development, and analytics.
Proven grasp of all paid media mediums including remarketing, display & content, mobile, video.
In-depth knowledge and experience creating and developing social media marketing best practices within an organization.
Manager of Facilities (Full Time)
Manager of Facilities will provide scheduling, guidance, and oversight to a department of six in proper execution of all facilities maintenance projects consisting of but not limited to: chiller maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and construction.
Candidate will work with external contractors to ensure proper project management.
Dialog and interface with Director of Operations to determine best–in-class practices for the execution of facilities department.
Work with the Information Technical Manager to ensure that the surveillance and access systems are functional and operational 24/7.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Facility Management; minimum of Associates Degree and possess pertinent certificates in boiler and related equipment maintenance.
Children's Ministry Lead Campus Coordinator (Part Time)
The role of the Children's Ministry Lead Campus Coordinator provides primary leadership, oversight, and coordination of the Quest Kids leadership and operations on the East Campus in Montclair.
Coordinate and lead all East Campus children’s activities twice a month as per vision of Children's Ministry Pastor.
Work with Quest Kids Volunteer Coordinator to manage and grow volunteer staff roles.
Attend weekly Quest Kids staff meetings and contribute each week to creative and visionary meeting of Children's Pastor and staff.
Submit weekly Campus Reports to Children’s Ministry Pastor and the East Campus pastors.
Assist Children's Pastor with weekly curriculum editing tasks, retrieving classroom supplies, shopping trips (as needed), and upkeep of classrooms (both campuses).
Transport all materials to the East Campus each weekend for weekend services.
Minimum of three to five years of experience in church ministry in a similar context is preferred. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
